What Is Our Refund Policy? #
Online Orders:
We want you to be fully satisfied with every item you purchase from Champions of the World. If, for any reason, you are not happy with your purchase, we will gladly issue a refund.
- Eligibility for Refund:
For an online refund to be valid, the item must be returned within 30 days of delivery. The item must be in its original, unworn condition, with the original labels still attached, in the original boxes (whenever possible), and with the original packing slip included. - Refund Amount:
The refund will cover the purchase price of the item, minus any shipping or other charges. Please note that shipping fees are non-refundable.
In-Store Purchases:
Please be aware that we do not offer refunds for items purchased in our physical stores. However, we do offer exchanges for in-store purchases under our standard exchange policy.
How Do I Process a Refund? #
To process a refund for an online purchase, please follow these steps:
- Contact Customer Service:
First, contact our customer service team, quoting your original order number/receipt number and your reason for the return. They will provide instructions on how to proceed. - Complete the Returns Form:
Fill out our returns form, which can be downloaded from the attachments provided by customer service. - Return the Item:
Send the item(s) back to us at the following address, including your original order number and the completed returns form:

Do You Have Any Refund Exceptions? #
Our standard refund policy does not apply to all items. The following exceptions are noted:
- Personalised Products:
No refunds or exchanges are available for personalised items unless they are faulty. - Autographed Collectibles:
Autographed items are non-refundable. - Sale Products:
No refunds or exchanges are available on sale products unless the item is faulty. Please ensure that all checkout information, including sizes, addresses, and prices, is correct before finalizing your purchase, especially for sale items.
Refund Processing Time #
Once we receive your returned item, we will process your refund within a timely manner. Please note that the refund will be issued to the original payment method. If an online gift certificate was used for the purchase, the refund amount will be applied back to your gift certificate.
Damaged or Defective Items #
If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact our customer service team within 10 days of delivery for assistance.
Return To Sender Orders #
If your order is ‘returned to Sender’ and the supplied address is correct, we will resend or refund the order, as directed. Freight charges will not be refunded in the following circumstances:
- If the parcel has an attempted delivery and is then Returned to Sender.
- If the address supplied in the order is incorrect.
- If the delivery is refused by the receiver
- If the parcel is unable to be delivered and then is unclaimed
Please also note additional shipping fees may be required from the customer before an order is re-sent and an additional 5% fee may be applied to any refunds created.
Refund Amounts Due To Customer Order Error #
When orders are returned to sender, or refunded due to an error by the customer, or the order is deemed fraudulent (these are orders that are denied by our 3rd party security team), we reserve the right to refund the order funds less the fees and costs imposed on M21 t/a www.champions.co.nz to process and complete that order. This can be up to but not exceeding 5% of the total order value.
In such cases, the refunded amount will be processed within a reasonable timeframe after receipt of the returned items or confirmation of the fraudulent nature of the order. We reserve the right to withhold any refund until we have received the returned items or have determined that the order is fraudulent.
