How to Place an Order with Champions of the World #

1. Browsing the Website #

Explore our website to find a wide selection of rugby jerseys, T-shirts, hoodies, accessories, and more. Use the search function or browse by category to discover the perfect product. You can also filter by team, brand, size, and other specifications to find exactly what you’re looking for.

2. Selecting a Product #

When selecting a product, please consider the following:

  • Types of Products: Some items may be on backorder, pre-order, or require personalisation, which will take extra time to process. This will be clearly indicated on the product page.
  • Choosing the Right Size:
    • Fit Types:
      • Relaxed fit: Your normal size will be loose-fitting.
      • Regular fit: Matches your standard size.
      • Tight fit: Designed to be close-fitting and snug. If you prefer a looser feel, consider ordering a size up.
    • Size Guides: We provide a generic size guide next to the product description. Where possible, we also offer a bespoke size guide tailored to the specific product to help ensure you choose the right fit.

3. Checkout #

Once you’ve added your products to the cart, proceed to checkout by entering your details. At checkout, you can:

  • Shipping Options: Your available shipping methods will be displayed based on your location. Please note that we may not ship to all regions, though we aim to cover as many areas as possible.
  • Coupons: This is your final opportunity to apply any coupon codes before completing the order.
  • Click & Collect (Christchurch only): If you wish to pick up your order, this option is available for Christchurch, New Zealand addresses only. If you are passing through and wish to collect from our store, please enter your billing address as normal and use our store location for the shipping address:

4. Payment #

Select your preferred payment method and complete the transaction.
Important: Please do not refresh the page once the payment is processing, as this can cause issues with the payment gateway.

5. Order Processing #

After payment is confirmed, your order is processed by our team. This includes:

  • Checking shipping availability based on your provided address.
  • Fraud checks to ensure the security of your order.
  • Product availability review to confirm stock.

6. Order Picking & Shipping #

Our goal is to pick and ship your order as quickly as possible. You will receive an email confirmation with your completed order details and a tracking number once your order has been dispatched.

7. Shipping in Progress #

Please note: We do not control shipping directly. We use an external shipping provider to handle the delivery of your order. While we have a high success rate for on-time deliveries, there can occasionally be shipping delays. We will do everything within our power to resolve any issues, but as we rely on third-party services, our options are limited.

8. Order Arrival #

Once your order has arrived, please check that everything is correct. If there are any issues or you need to request an exchange or refund, you can initiate this process within 30 days of receiving the order.
