Backorders apply to a select range of products that may temporarily be out of stock but are on their way to our warehouse. When you place an order for a backordered item, you are reserving the product, and it will be shipped to you as soon as it becomes available.

What You Need to Know:

  • Additional Processing Time: Backordered products will include a message on the product page indicating that you should allow an additional 3-5 days for shipping.
  • Shipping of Entire Order: If your order contains a backordered item, the entire order will be held and shipped together once the backordered item is back in stock and ready to go. This helps ensure that all your items arrive together, saving you on additional shipping costs.

Pre-Orders #

What are Pre-Orders?

Pre-orders are typically associated with a new product range or an upcoming launch. This option allows you to secure your new gear ahead of time, ensuring that you don’t miss out when the product officially becomes available.
