Where is my order?: #

Your order should arrive within the specified shipping time periods. You will receive a dispatch notification once the order has left our warehouse. An order undelivered worldwide within 30 days will need to have an inquiry raised with our shipping partners to ensure relevant measures can be taken to retrieve the order. After 30 days the goods will be deemed to have been fully supplied, order completed and will not be eligible for a postal inquiry or compensation. If you have not received your order please contact us within 30 days (between day 25-28 is ideal) from your dispatch email.

Returned to Sender #

If your order is ‘returned to Sender’ and the supplied address is correct, we will resend or refund the order, as directed.  Freight charges will not be refunded in the following circumstances:

  • If the parcel has an attempted delivery and is then Returned to Sender.
  • If the address supplied in the order is incorrect.
  • If the delivery is refused by the receiver
  • If the parcel is unable to be delivered and then is unclaimed
